  Specification: Short white suede boots with pointed toe and white leather toecap, orange leather fringes, tube V neckline with white leather trim and vintage stud appliqués.

  Please note: Due to the handmade finishes of Mezcalero, with the daily use of your Eilen, the orange leather fringes can stain the white suede.

  Care: Store in a dark, dry place. Wrap in tissue or newspaper to avoid stretching the leather. Use a horsehair brush to brush off dirt after every wear and a damp cloth if necessary. It is suggested you condition your boots every few months. Be sure to use a water-based conditioner, instead of an oil-based conditioner to protect the color of the leather. You may also polish your boots with a neutral wax-based polish. Both conditioning and polishing can extend the longevity of your boots.

  I\'m between two half sizes. What should I order?  If between two sizes it is suggested you order the larger size.

  How can I tell if the boots fit properly? While the boots should fit snugly, it’s also important that they’re comfortable. If you’re uncomfortable because of how tight they are, it is recommended you size up. Keep in mind that your boots, since they are 100% leather, will stretch as you wear them.

  I have a high instep. Will Mezcalero boots work for me? If you have a high instep, it is suggested you size up a size if you’re a man or up a half size if you’re a woman.

  Do Mezcalero boots have good arch support? While Mezcalero boots are not specifically designed for flat feet or high arches, their construction, which includes a shank and lemonwood pegging in the arch area, allows for good arch support.

  Can Mezcalero boots be worn with an orthotic or special insert? If you’d like to wear an orthotic or special insert, it is recommended you size up a half size to make room for it.

  I have wide feet, will Mezcalero boots work for me? Fortunately, Mezcalero boots accommodate wide feet. It is recommended that men and women with wide feet size up

  I have narrow feet, will Mezcalero boots work for me? While Mezcalero does not make widths narrower than D for men or B for women, many of their customers with narrow feet have reported that they’re very pleased with the way their boots felt. If you have narrow feet, it is suggested you order down a half size.

Technique

Mezcalero boots are constructed using the Goodyear Welt construction method, which allows for superior quality, comfort, and longevity. They come with a 100% leather outsole corkbed filling that molds to your feet over time, a traditional leather midsole, an EVA strip for comfort, and bovine glove leather lining. When it comes to the interior, it’s lined with supple bovine leather and an inside out shaft that hides the seams.
