Q. My Flexy tip won\'t soften.

Usually, the base of the Flexi Tip that comes in contact with your natural nail becomes soft enough to conform to the curve of your nail when heated to 40 degrees. However, in order to maintain the ideal shape of the nail tip, the tip of the tip, especially long tips, is designed not to change shape much. Basically, Flexi Tips are shape-memory nail tips that can conform to the curve of your nail (plastic nail tips do not soften even when heated, and they cannot be cracked or changed shape).

Q. There are marks that look like they were caused by the tip of the Flexy tip.

In order to be able to offer it at a low price, it is manufactured by putting it into a mold, so a support is required during manufacturing, and in rare cases, the border between the supports may appear as burrs. Please prepare it lightly with a file before using it.
