HOT ! Vintage Huge Silver Rashaida Bedouin Bracelet for the Upper Arm

This impressive bracelet is traditionally worn on the upper arm by Bedouin women in Yemen, as well as by Rashaida women. It features three rows of spikes and is intricately decorated with roping. At the front of the bracelet, there are spheres set on geometric bases. Weighing over 500 grams, the bracelet is made of silver and bears etchings on the inside that resemble Arabic letters. This piece of jewelry is rare and very special. A similar example can be found in Marjorie Ransom\'s book, Silver Treasures from the Land of Sheba.
